Is the Discovery Call free?
Yes. The call is completely free and carries no obligation. If after the call you’d like to move forward, we’ll explain the next steps — including our engagement process.
No. Many of our clients come to the Discovery Call while still in the research phase. The call is designed to help you think clearly, regardless of where you are in the process.
Most agents in Medellín represent sellers — or both sides. DPB represents buyers exclusively. We don’t list properties. Our only goal is to protect your interests and guide your decision.
David personally reviews every submission within 24–48 hours. If there’s a strong fit, you’ll receive a direct message with a link to choose a time for your call.
There is an engagement fee to begin the active buyer search process — refundable at closing. This is explained in full during the Discovery Call, with no surprises.
